About The Role
FTI Data & Technology Transformation is a multi-disciplined team that focuses on using digital solutions coupled with deep subject matter expertise to deliver transformational outcomes for our clients. We have a strong track record of helping companies drive EBITDA and ROIC value from digital and data. We also serve as an R&D function for the company, developing internal tools, solutions and proof-of-concepts to put us ahead of the market. Our team is based across London and Dublin.

What You'll Do
Our team of professionals provide data and analytics solutions coupled with deep subject matter expertise to deliver transformational outcomes for our clients across our capability areas.
Day-to-day tasks will vary by day, but you can expect to:
Utilise strong analytical skills to provide solutions for both technical and business related issues.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to define and refine data requirements and strategies.
Participate in identifying and delivering business improvements to exceed client expectations by demonstrating strong problem solving and implementation capabilities.
Contribute to problem solving and delivering robust analysis and updates that benefit the clients' business objectives.

What You Will Need To Succeed
Must be in your penultimate year of studies, graduating in 2025 from an Analytics or IT discipline (computer science, technology, data analytics, or any other STEM subjects) with 2:1 grade average across first and second year.
Available to work in a full time internship from July 2026 to August 2026.
Understanding of the following:
Analytical tools and processes (databases, visualisation tools, data science tools)
Structured Query Language (SQL)
Methods for analysing data to uncover trends and derive insight (both historic reporting and future forecasting)
Python programming language
Strong diagnostic ability and the capability to work effectively with client and team.
Excellent consultative, communication and presentation skills.
Our Application Process

STEP 1: Complete our online application form and submit your CV (no cover letter required).
STEP 2: Complete online skills test (numerical, verbal and logical reasoning), and a pre-recorded video interview.
STEP 3: Attend a competency-based video interview to explore your skills and motivations between 26th- 30th January 2026.
STEP 4: Attend in-person interview at our FTI London office between 9th - 20th February 2026.
STEP 5: Job offers are made to successful candidates by 2nd March 2026.
