Job Specifications
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Native Support Engineer with deep expertise in Kubernetes and cloud-based operational environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting production-grade Kubernetes workloads, troubleshooting platform issues, and ensuring operational excellence across cloud-native systems.
Required Skills & Experience
Core Technical Expertise
Minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Operations, DevOps Support, or Kubernetes-based environments.
Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes fundamentals:
Pods, Deployments, Services, ConfigMaps, Secrets
Admissions, API Server, ETCD, basic troubleshooting
Understanding of K8s Architecture: API/ETCD/Controllers, Validation/Mutation admission webhooks
Solid understanding of cloud-native concepts: microservices, containers, CI/CD pipelines.
Experience using monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of Linux systems, command-line tools, and scripting (Bash, Python preferred).
Practical knowledge of incident management and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
Strong communication skills — able to explain technical issues in simple terms.
Demonstrated accountability and ownership in driving issues to closure.
Certification preferred: CKA, CKS, or equivalent Kubernetes expertise.
Basic understanding of networking concepts: DNS, Load Balancing, Ingress.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Helm, Istio, or container runtime environments.
Experience in scripting/automation for operational efficiency.
Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain).
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure.
