Our client, a well-known insurance company, is seeking a Senior Account Manager / Marketing Consultant to join their internal agency team in an ongoing contract role. The role will collaborate with business marketing partners and internal agency creative leads to deliver campaigns that drive measurable results, while program managing agile marketing initiatives from strategy through execution.
This role is 40 hours per week, hybrid 3x per week onsite in Hudson Yards NYC or Stamford, CT.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media.
Translate complex business objectives into clear, actionable marketing strategies.
Serve as the main point of contact between the internal agency and internal clients/stakeholders.
Manage campaign intake, provide strategic guidance, and ensure alignment with enterprise goals.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering transparency and trust.
Partner with creative, media, digital, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are insight-driven and measurable.
Work closely with product, business, and creative/media teams to align marketing with business priorities.
Define KPIs in partnership with analytics teams.
Monitor performance, share insights, and recommend optimizations for continuous improvement.
What You Bring
7+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or account leadership (agency or in-house).
The ideal candidate will come from an agency account managment background and have strong ability to strategize multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Proven success leading multi-channel campaigns and agile marketing initiatives.
Strong client-facing skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and program management skills.
Experience in financial services, insurance, or wealth management is a plus.
Analytical mindset with a focus on performance and optimization.
