Freelance IT Service Delivery Manager - Hybrid - Long Term

We are looking for a Freelance IT Service Delivery Manager for one of our Clients looking to rapidly expand.

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in a Service Delivery Manager or Project Manager role within an IT software environment, ideally involving ERP solutions.
Strong understanding of business processes and familiarity with methodologies such as Agile and ITIL.
Demonstrates solid commercial awareness.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver complex or challenging messages clearly and build consensus across various stakeholder levels.
Possesses strong administrative and organisational abilities.
Able to engage effectively in discussions with customers and subcontractors.
Experience within the Energy & Utilities sector is a significant advantage.
