Fully In Office- This role is based in the office locations listed below. Candidates should live within a reasonable commuting distance, as on-site presence is required at least three days per week. We’re actively hiring as we enter an exciting new phase of growth.

Overview: As a Data Analyst within the Revenue Operations team, you’ll design and maintain scalable reporting and data solutions that empower Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders with actionable insights.
You’ll own end-to-end dashboard development, data model optimization, and analytics automation. This role combines strong technical skills with business acumen to drive data-driven decision-making across Litera’s go-to-market (GTM) organization.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and semantic data models supporting global GTM reporting (bookings, pipeline, marketing, and renewals).
Partner cross-functionally with key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to translate business requirements into scalable technical specifications.
Develop and optimize SQL queries and Snowflake views to ensure accuracy and performance.
Write and maintain Python scripts for data transformations, enrichment, and process automation.
Manage and enhance Power BI datasets, refresh schedules, and workspace governance.
Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues across Salesforce, Snowflake, and Power BI.
Contribute to data governance, documentation, and version control practices.
Leverage and implement AI-assisted analytics tools such as Power BI Copilot or similar to accelerate insight generation and enable self-service analytics for business users.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Data Analyst building end-to-end Power BI solutions.
Strong proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Power Automate, data modeling).
Advanced experience with SQL for complex query building, joins, and optimization (Snowflake preferred).
Hands-on experience with Python for data processing, automation, or API integration.
Working knowledge of ETL / data pipeline tools (dbt, Rivery, or Azure Data Factory).
Familiarity with Salesforce data structures and GTM metrics (bookings, ARR, churn, pipeline).
Experience owning and optimizing data models and semantic layers across BI and warehouse environments.
Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
Power BI certification or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience with Power BI Copilot (or other AI assisted reporting) a plus
