Job Title: Senior Business Analyst, ServiceNow GRC/IRM

Location: Tempe, AZ or Chicago, Illinois-3 days onsite every week

Duration: 12+ Months

Work Authorization: USC, GC, & GC-EAD, H4-EAD – Only

Core Functional Knowledge

Strong understanding of GRC concepts is essential.
Must understand how GRC components connect, such as process risk controls, RCSAs, issue management, control testing, control monitoring, incident management, loss event workflows, and baseline risk assessments.
Should be able to guide business users on how capabilities should function within an integrated risk framework.

ServiceNow IRM Experience

Some level of ServiceNow IRM knowledge is required.
Deep technical expertise is not mandatory, but the BA must understand IRM capabilities well enough to advise users, interpret requirements, and ensure solutions fit within out of the box functionality.

Qualifications (must haves)

• Deep functional understanding of the ServiceNow IRM suite and its capabilities, including Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit Management.

• In-depth knowledge of GRC and risk management frameworks and best practices.

• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and present complex information to all levels of the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
