Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications using Angular for front-end and Java (Spring Boot) for back-end services. Collaborate with teams to modernize Mainframe ap-plications and integrate them with distributed systems. Design and implement RESTful APIs and ensure secure data exchange between systems. Work closely with business analysts and insurance domain experts to translate requirements into technical solutions. Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across UI, middleware, and Mainframe layers. Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and con-tribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills Experience Front-End Angular (latest versions), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, RxJS. Back-End Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture .Mainframe COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS (experience in modernization projects pre-ferred).Database OracleDB2, SQL. Tools Git, Jenkins, JIRA, Intelli J Eclipse. Insurance Do-main Strong understanding of Policy Administration, Claims Processing, and Billing systems. Other Knowledge of API integration, security standards, and performance tuning.
