This role requires the successful applicant to commit to an in-office work arrangement up to 5 days a week in 2026.

Service Excellence

Our Service Excellence team is dedicated to supporting the WSIB's customers. We help businesses register online, pay premiums, and create safer workplaces. We also assist individuals with reporting workplace injuries or illnesses, receiving benefit payments, and answering questions about their claims.
