About the Role:
As a Business Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of expanding the company’s client base and market share, primarily across the DACH region. This is an exceptional opportunity for a sharp, commercially-driven individual with a background from a leading university, eager to build on their consultative sales skills and help drive the growth of an award-winning, industry-leading company. You will help identify high-potential opportunities, build strategic relationships, and fast-track your career in a high-growth, international organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business growth by generating and qualifying leads with top-tier law firms and corporate legal departments globally, with a particular focus on the DACH region.
Work alongside Account Executives to develop targeted strategies for engaging and expanding key clients.
Conduct research to identify new prospects and craft tailored outreach strategies to engage them effectively.
Lead initial sales calls and product demonstrations, showcasing the company’s solutions to potential clients.
Build relationships with decision-makers at law firms and enterprises, ensuring you position the company as a strategic partner in their digital transformation journey.
Attend international industry events, enhancing the company’s brand presence and thought leadership in the market.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, to optimise lead conversion and client retention.
Contribute to the sales pipeline, nurturing leads and supporting the broader sales team in achieving company targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier university.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a consultative approach to sales.
A keen interest in technology and AI, particularly in legal applications, and a passion for solving industry challenges.
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills with a strategic mindset, capable of building lasting relationships with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
Willingness to travel internationally to meet clients and represent the company at key industry events.
