afarax is looking for a freelance Senior Business Analyst - Incident, Problem & Change Management (PCA BT). We need you!

The project:

Our client in the utilities sector is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Incident, Problem & Change Management (PCA BT) to join their team.

Main responsibilities:

Analyze, monitor, and coordinate incidents
Analyze, monitor, and coordinate problems and change requests
Identify required improvements and ensure their implementation
Provide functional, technical, and business expertise
Conduct complex problem solving, including alignment and validation with market players
Update and maintain documentation
Share knowledge and expertise with team members
Perform ad hoc tasks as required

Is this you?

Proven experience as a Business Analyst (5+ years – Senior)
Proven experience as a Functional / Business Analyst (5+ years – Senior)
Strong experience in Data Analysis (5+ years – Senior)
Solid experience with ITIL Incident, Problem & Change Management (5+ years – Senior)
Proven experience in business process development and optimization (BPM)
Strong knowledge of the energy sector and of billing & metering message exchanges between DNOs and suppliers (MIG DGO & MIG6) (5+ years – Senior)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Excellent command of English
Excellent command of Dutch and French (CEFR level C1 required)
Proven experience in stakeholder management

ITIL certification (Should have)
Scrum certification (Should have)

Nice to have:

Experience with SQL (5+ years – Senior)
Experience with Topdesk (3+ years)
