Associate Scientist III – Analytical Development & Quality Control

Location: New Haven, CT

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Contract Associate Scientist III to support analytical development and quality control efforts for early- through late-stage clinical programs. This role involves standardizing assay performance data, collaborating with internal and external QC labs, enhancing data pipelines and metadata standards, producing dashboards and reports, and supporting analytical method evaluation, verification, and transfer/validation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular & Cell Biology, or related field.
3–6+ years of experience in analytical laboratory settings, preferably in cGMP environments.
Hands-on experience with analytical methods for biological products.
Strong data review and scientific documentation skills.
Experience with electronic documentation, JMP, or quality management systems.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint).
Excellent collaboration, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
