About Us:

Fast Charger is London’s fastest-growing portable phone charging network. We keep Londoners powered up with convenient, reliable charging solutions across the city. Our network is expanding fast, and we’re looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy Operations Coordinator to keep everything running smoothly — from station performance to storage management and data-driven operations planning.

This isn’t just a logistics job — it’s a chance to grow with a tech-driven operations team, help shape our systems, and play a key role in the backbone of our network.

What You’ll Do:

Operations & Storage Management

Ensure all stations are ready, stored safely, and available for deployment.
Plan and coordinate deliveries, collections, and storage efficiently.
Maintain organized records of inventory, station performance, and operational requirements.
Assist in developing our data system to track equipment, forecast operational needs, and optimize stock and orders.
Work closely with internal teams to manage urgent or special operational needs.

Station Performance & Maintenance

Monitor station performance and ensure all units meet operational standards.
Conduct minor repairs or troubleshooting (full training provided).
Escalate major faults or recurring technical issues to the relevant team.

What We’re Looking For:

Valid UK driving licence (own car is preferable but not required).
Experience in operations, logistics, storage management, or telecommunications preferred.
Interest or basic skills in data tracking, system development, or operational analysis is a strong plus.
Qualifications in telecommunications, hardware, or engineering are highly desirable.
Excellent organizational, record-keeping, and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented.
