Billing Coordinator – Real Estate - 6 Month FTC

Are you an experienced billing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? This is a great opportunity to join a growing Real Estate company that’s redefining how people work. You’ll be part of a collaborative finance team, ensuring accuracy across client billing, supporting revenue reporting, and maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and members.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and issue monthly and ad hoc invoices in line with signed client agreements
Maintain accurate billing records and reconcile data against internal systems
Manage Direct Debit mandates and resolve failed payments
Respond to finance-related queries promptly and professionally
Support deposit returns and client terminations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Liaise with operations, sales, and management accountants to support audits and revenue queries
Escalate issues and support the Billing Manager with ad hoc reporting tasks

Essential Skills & Experience:

2–3 years’ experience in billing or accounts receivable
Immediately Available Candidates
Strong Excel skills and experience using Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and deadlines
Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities

Desired Skills & Experience:

Experience within the property, real estate, or flexible workspace sector
Working knowledge of SAP Business ByDesign, Salesforce, or Nexudus
Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification
Understanding of financial controls and audit processes
