Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ETL Developer with strong Informatica expertise to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Informatica environments, developing and supporting ETL workflows, and ensuring seamless data integration across enterprise systems. This role requires a blend of technical depth, problem-solving ability, and strong collaboration skills to support mission-critical data operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and administer Informatica ETL environments, including production support and performance optimization.
Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows and data integration solutions using Informatica PowerCenter/PowerExchange.
Integrate data across multiple systems, including Mainframe VSAM, Db2, Oracle, and Salesforce.
Develop and maintain Web Service Hub (WSH) components to expose workflows as web services.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries using advanced functions for ETL processing and validation.
Debug and resolve issues in data workflows and integrations efficiently.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
Document processes, create technical designs, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Support Informatica upgrades, migrations, and ongoing enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience with Informatica ETL Administration and Development (installation, configuration, workflow creation, and support).
Expertise with Web Service Hub (WSH), PowerCenter, and PowerExchange.
Strong understanding of Mainframe VSAM and Db2 integration in Informatica workflows.
Proven experience with database integration across Oracle, Salesforce, and mainframe systems.
Proficiency in advanced SQL and query optimization.
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in large teams and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience with AWS Glue and Informatica Cloud migrations (on-prem to cloud).
Familiarity with financial services, banking, or mortgage-backed securities domains.
Experience performing Informatica version upgrades and environment migrations.

Education & Certifications

Required: Background in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
