Job Specifications

Position: Software Engineer (Angular, Node.js, Postgres, AWS)

Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid – 3-4 days onsite)

Duration: 6–9 months (possible extension)

Job Description:

Seeking a proactive engineer with experience in Angular, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS to support the US Card team. The ideal candidate has experience building and maintaining secure, scalable applications in a cloud environment, and can troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance processes.

Must-Have Skills:

4+ years of experience with Angular and Node.js
Strong experience with PostgreSQL (queries, stored procedures, optimization)
Hands-on with AWS services (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, etc.)
Experience in highly regulated environments (finance/banking preferred)
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and process improvement skills

Nice to Have:

Experience with CI/CD, API integration, or microservices.
