I'm partnered with a company building the future of AI-native healthcare—and we're looking for exceptional engineers to join us at the ground floor.
Backed by the investors behind Cohere, Retool, and Vercel, and founded by veterans from Ramp and other breakout startups, they’re creating a category-defining product at the intersection of AI and healthcare. Their mission: to empower clinicians, patients, and care organizations with deeply intelligent, fast, and trustworthy software.
They're about to close our next round of funding and are building out the core engineering team. This is your chance to shape product, culture, and technical direction from day one, alongside a tight-knit group of high-velocity builders.
What We’re Looking For
We’re hiring across four levels—from new grads to Staff Engineers. If you're obsessed with solving hard problems, love shipping fast, and want to work closely with experienced founders in a high-ownership environment, we want to hear from you.
Roles Open
1. Software Engineer (Entry Level / New Grad)
You’ve built impressive side projects, interned at strong companies, or crushed your CS program. You’re hungry to learn, move fast, and take ownership of real product code from day one.
2. Software Engineer (Mid-Level)
You’ve shipped in production, owned meaningful features, and are confident navigating ambiguity. You care about performance, quality, and clean abstractions.
3. Senior Software Engineer
You’ve led major projects end-to-end, mentored others, and thrive in zero-to-one environments. You move quickly but don't compromise on design or user experience.
4. Staff Software Engineer
You’re a multiplier—technically and organizationally. You’ve shaped architecture at scale, debugged the un-debuggable, and know how to drive impact through systems, people, and product thinking.

In New York City, with in-person team days weekly. Also open to candidates in San Francisco.
