Your new role
As Site Manager, you'll take full ownership of the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring high standards of build quality, safety, and efficiency. You'll report directly to the company Director. Management of subcontractors, labour tasks and general site duties are essential for this role. You'll be trusted to make decisions, solve problems, and drive progress on site, with support available as needed.

What you'll need to succeed

Be an ambitious Assistant Site Manager from a large volume housebuilder, who is ready to step up.
Be a Junior Site Manager for a smaller main contractor seeking more autonomy and responsibility.
Proven experience managing or assisting on residential construction sites.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
A respectful and professional approach to subcontractor management.
Confidence to run a site independently, with guidance available.
A mindset focused on quality, accountability, and trust.
