Job Overview

Impact Advisors is seeking a dynamic and motivated Healthcare Strategy and Operations Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving healthcare transformation through strategic initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to client success while making a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

Assist project teams in identifying opportunities to improve healthcare operations and patient outcomes.
Support research efforts including data collection, benchmarking, and industry analysis.
Help prepare client-facing materials such as presentations, reports, and process documentation.
Participate in interviews, workshops, and meetings to observe and contribute to solution development.
Assist with project coordination tasks such as tracking milestones and preparing updates.
Contribute to internal initiatives including knowledge sharing and methodology development.
Learn consulting best practices and tools used in strategy and operations projects.

Education and Experience

Anticipated Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferred majors in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, Business (general)
Expected Graduation May 2027

Additional Information

Ability to travel 80% of the time

Available for 10-week Summer 2026 internship (June through August)

Located or willing to relocate to Chicago following graduation
