The Opportunity

As Lead Data Scientist, you’ll partner with senior leaders and engineering teams to design and deliver production-grade AI systems / Agentic AI that transform investment management and operations. You’ll lead a high-performing global team, champion experimentation, and use advanced machine learning, NLP, and large language models to create tangible business impact.

What You’ll Bring

Advanced SQL and Python skills, strong NLP experience
Proven delivery of data science and AI solutions with measurable ROI
Experience with Agentic AI (Google Gemini / ADK a plus)
Ability to communicate AI value to executive and non-technical audiences
Empathetic, collaborative leadership style
Advanced education in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
Domain experience in Private Markets or Private Credit (desirable)
