Are you a driven developer with a passion for CRM solutions and digital transformation? At Securex, you'll have the opportunity to help build innovative Salesforce applications that will elevate our customer processes.

Your mission:

As a Salesforce Developer, you'll develop and manage high-quality CRM solutions within the Salesforce platform. You'll support the digital transformation of customer processes and contribute to efficient and customer-focused operations.
Where do you end up?
You'll be part of the CRM team within Securex's IT department. You'll work in an Agile environment and report to the IT Team Lead or CRM Product Owner. You'll collaborate with architects, analysts, Scrum Masters, and other developers on high-impact projects.

Your responsibilities:

Develop Salesforce applications : build, test, and manage front-end and back-end applications with reusable and high-quality code.
Implement integrations : build connections with external systems such as DocuSign, Byner, FAS, ADFS via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
Agile collaboration : active participation in sprints and close collaboration with various stakeholders.
Technical analysis and documentation : drafting technical documents, participating in code reviews.
Expertise development : delve into new Salesforce technologies and contribute to innovation.
Market research and best practices : monitoring trends and evaluating new tools.
Communication and collaboration : presenting solutions and collecting feedback.

Your profile:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in CRM development and Salesforce application management.
Knowledge of OOP, Git, Jira, software design patterns, OpenAPI.
Programming skills in JavaScript, Java/.Net, React, HTML, CSS.
Experience with data modeling, DevOps and CI/CD.
Salesforce certifications (Admin, Developer, Consultant, Architect) are a plus.
Language skills: Dutch or French and English.
Proactive and inquisitive mindset with strong communication skills.
