Summary:

Qualifications & Strengths

Technical Skills

Operating Systems: Windows Server, Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu)

Virtualization & Automation: VMware, Ansible

Storage & Networking: NetApp (preferred), Cisco, Palo Alto (preferred)

Security & Monitoring: System performance monitoring, incident response, system hardening

Applications: Enterprise management tools, configuration utilities

Other: Technical documentation, change management, troubleshooting

Knowledge of business processes, IT operations, and technology integration to support organizational objectives.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Served as a technical administrator for hardware, operating systems, and network infrastructure supporting enterprise operations.
Planned, coordinated, and executed installation, configuration, and testing of hardware and software components across Windows and Linux platforms.
Collaborated with infrastructure and security teams on projects, operational support, and initiatives improving overall system performance and reliability.
Authored and maintained clear, concise technical documentation for system configurations, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting.
Diagnosed and resolved moderately complex issues involving hardware, software, and networks; performed proactive system monitoring and optimization.
Applied IT security controls and best practices to maintain compliance with institutional and organizational policies.
Supported virtualization (VMware) and configuration management (Ansible) environments to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
