User Documentation Intern

Mission
Step into our User Documentation Internship and help us create clear, engaging, and user-friendly content for our SaaS platform. You’ll work closely with the Support team to improve guides, tutorials, and knowledge base resources — ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
Create & update user documentation: Write guides, tutorials, and manuals that make our platform easy to use
Enhance knowledge base content: Maintain FAQs, troubleshooting articles, and best practices
Collaborate with Product & Dev teams: Ensure documentation reflects the latest updates and features
Incorporate user feedback: Identify documentation gaps and improve clarity
Support multimedia integration: Help create tutorial videos and visuals (screenshots, Storylane, Storytodoc)
Ensure consistency & compliance: Apply a clear, uniform style while respecting SaaS industry standards
Internal training & reporting: Assist with feature training, monitor the Help Center chatbot, and produce regular reports
About You
Currently enrolled in a university program (English, Communications, Technical Writing, Information Management, Business, or related)
Excellent writing skills — able to explain technical concepts clearly
Strong attention to detail (consistency, typos, formatting)
Research-driven and curious, eager to learn about SaaS and documentation
Organized & proactive, capable of handling multiple projects
Comfortable working independently, but collaborative when needed
Fluent in English (French or German is a plus)
Practical Information
Internship must be covered by a university agreement
Full-time (5 days/week) for at least 6 months
Hybrid: 3 days/week in our Brussels office
Start date: ASAP
