Description & Scope

This internship invites students to be part of a transformative journey—streamlining and automating the outbound process to enhance speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Intern will collaborate with the Logistics, Warehouse and Customer Services team to identify bottlenecks, explore automation tools, and implement smart solutions that improve operational flow.

Responsibilities

Analyze current outbound workflows and identify automation opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Logistics, Warehouse, IT, Customer Service)
Explore and implement automation tools like ERP systems, barcode scanning, and RPA
Support pilot projects and measure performance improvements
Present findings and recommendations to leadership

Qualifications

Studying a Bachelors in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or Computer Science
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Interest in automation, logistics, and customer experience
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
