Organization: Mercor

Position: Counter and Rental Clerks

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $45–$50 per hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hours/week, flexible and asynchronous

Duration: 3-4 weeks after you begin the project

Role Responsibilities:

Use your professional experience as a Counter and Rental Clerk to design questions and tasks related to your occupation.
Collaborate with AI teams to ensure that the questions accurately reflect real-world challenges and best practices in the counter and rental clerking industry.
Review and assess AI-generated content to ensure it aligns with industry standards and provides practical insights for clerks in this field.
Assist in training the AI model to understand the nuances of rental agreements, customer service, and clerical operations.

Ideal Qualifications:

Strong full-time work experience as a Counter and Rental Clerk.
Knowledge of rental processes, customer service protocols, and counter operations.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills in a retail or rental setting.
