K&K Talents is an international recruiting agency that has been providing technical resources in the European region since 1993. This position is with one of our clients in Poland who is actively hiring candidates to expand their teams.

Role: Functional Consultant (Avaloq Certified)

Location: United Kingdom (Remote)

Employment type: Contract

Responsibilities

• Analysing incoming tickets including RFX, Incidents, and Defects

• Provide L3 with all required information for incidents eg. Prepare steps to reproduce for L3

• Analysing small enhancements regarding implementation effort

• Provide a workaround for the end user

• Support UAT test activities

• Analyse Logs

• Knowledge of transactional functions such as Stex and Payments

• Monitoring of the Tickets inflow

Required knowledge, technical and other things -Knowledge of Stock exchange, Payment and other Transactional topics
