Role Overview

The Pricing Analyst will manage and maintain pricing strategies for the aftermarket business. This role is highly analytical and data-driven, requiring strong proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems. The ideal candidate will analyze margins, market segmentation, and pricing lists to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.

Key Responsibilities (Day-to-Day)

Maintain and manage 10+ pricing lists across multiple product lines
Perform margin analysis and identify areas for improvement
Conduct market analysis to support pricing decisions
Work with Oracle ERP and Excel to update and automate pricing processes
Utilize advanced Excel functions (macros, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) for data analysis
Segment markets and assign pricing based on part numbers and business objectives
Collaborate with internal pricing teams and e-commerce platform manager to ensure accurate pricing and discounts
Support creation of pricing autonomy and process improvements

Required Skills & Experience

2–5 years of experience as a Pricing Analyst or Data Analyst
Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel (macros, VLOOKUPs, automation)
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-heavy environments
Familiarity with Oracle ERP and other pricing tools
Ability to manage multiple pricing lists simultaneously
Experience in margin analysis and market segmentation
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
