Key Responsibilities

Drive digital transformation initiatives, integrating AI-powered capabilities across the trade lifecycle and multiple asset classes (Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, Swaps).
Collaborate with business and technology partners to define target-state architecture, operating models, and business processes.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Product Analysts to deliver best-in-class digital products and continuously improve operational efficiency.
Apply deep financial services expertise and market insight to help clients maintain a competitive edge.
Review and validate solution designs to ensure alignment with business objectives, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Partner with cross-functional teams to modernize processes and embed AI into daily workflows.
Stay current on emerging asset management technologies, market trends, and innovation opportunities.

Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in Asset Management with deep knowledge of the end-to-end trade lifecycle (front, middle, and back office).
Proven success leading digital transformation and AI/ML initiatives in financial services.
Strong ability to manage competing priorities, influence stakeholders, and deliver value across teams.
Skilled communicator with experience engaging senior executives and translating complex topics into clear, business-oriented insights.
Proficient in Agile, Lean, and continuous delivery practices.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills with both technical and business audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with major trading and order management platforms (e.g., Calypso, BlackRock Aladdin, State Street Alpha/Charles River, Bloomberg).
Experience leading large-scale transformation or data modernization initiatives.
Advanced degree or certification (MBA, CFA, FRM, or equivalent) preferred.
