Job Description

Primary: Agile BA + Insurance experience.

P&C domain, Product skills, and GenAI at Intermediate level to Middle level

As Agile Business Analyst , you will support Agile product development teams in delivery of innovative AI solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a newly formed team with the resources and support to explore fresh, creative approaches.

Your responsibilities include:

You have experience with agile /scrum development methodologies. You have supported or led sprint planning, participated in PI planning, developed features & user stories and managed product backlog.
Driving prioritization of product features for future releases of one or multiple delivery teams based on commercial, user and strategic priorities. Maintaining supporting documentation (e.g. feature lists, user stories, roadmaps).
Advocating for customer needs in defining innovative digital solutions and product vision that drive business value
Good understanding of LEAN and design thinking methodologies. Conduct research to identify user personas, pain points, and journeys & analyze this information (A/B testing, concept testing, data analysis) to inform product development.
Performing product performance baselining, articulating OKR’s and establishing product goals in relation to current performance.
Acting as a champion for the MVP approach, focusing on creating feasible, viable, and desirable solutions.
Effectively balancing multiple priorities including business value, stakeholder impact, speed to market, and technical feasibility.
You can demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to convey thought leadership and influence senior executives.
You have experience in insurance, P&C domain will be a differentiator.
You are passionate about innovation and new technologies, specifically within AI & GenAI.
