CTG is seeking an IT Customer Support Representative to provide front-line support to end users. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and application issues, managing service requests, and ensuring timely resolution or escalation. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically skilled, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Job Title: IT Customer Support Representative

Location: Painted Post, NY (hybrid remote)

**Candidates must be able to commute and work onsite in Painted Post, NY

Pay Rate: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to user requests via phone, chat, and tickets; provide timely resolution or escalation.
Manage and update tickets using ServiceNow or similar tools.
Troubleshoot Windows, O365, Teams, Outlook, printers, VPN, and mobile devices.
Utilize knowledge base articles and contribute feedback to improve documentation.
Maintain communication with users, vendors, and IT teams; monitor and route tickets efficiently.
Support administrative and operational requirements; share knowledge with team members.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year IT Helpdesk or Service Desk experience
High School Diploma or GED (Associate degree or IT certification preferred)
Strong customer service skills and professional communication
Technical proficiency with computers, mobile devices, and software troubleshooting
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Windows 11, Microsoft O365, Teams, Active Directory, and Azure
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
Call management tools experience (e.g., Finesse)
Remote access tools (LogMeIn), VPN, Citrix, and endpoint protection troubleshooting
Printer and software installation/configuration
