You'll be working as one Project Manager/Business Analyst in a small team managing a transformation, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, providing insight and hands on management to drive efficiency and enhance user experience.It's not just about solving today's technology challenges, you'll be reshaping how the organisation operates, turning aging systems into a strategic asset that drives trust, efficiency, and innovation.

What you'll bring:
Proven experience as a Project Manager with good knowledge of Agile ways of working such as DSDM.
Strong Business Analysis experience with knowledge of Miro as a planning tool
A background of spending an equal amount of time as a PM and as a BA
Knowledge of technical solutions around Microsoft Dynamics and Learning Management Systems (nice to have)
Experience of working in fast paced project environments with changes of direction and multiple different stakeholders
A proven ability to manage migration projects and integrate Legacy systems.
