Information Systems Department, the Systems Messaging Engineers responsibilities, within an international scope, will be- To ensure the implementation and operational maintenance of technical platforms (servers, Microsoft OS, backups within its scope, infrastructure services, monitoring infrastructure), while respecting service quality commitments,- To provide expertise in these technical areas for both projects and production support,- To proactively manage developments within its scope. All missions must be carried out in compliance with best practices and requirements The Systems Cyber Engineer- Ensures the teams scope is operationally maintained,- Provides support to N3 levels, a production service with an on-site presence from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and is on-call 247,- Produces and maintains up-to-date technical documentation in their area of expertise (Exchange).Desired level of education (e.g., baccalaureate 213) BAC 2 or equivalent- Specialized training (e.g., business school, Finance specialty) DUT, general engineering school (Information Systems specialty) or specialized training (schools or universities)- Type of experience sought and number of years 5 years minimum Technical skills (know-how, software) required- SCCM expertise- Active Directory expertise (security cyber)- Knowledge of AI IT production- Knowledge of ITIL methodology and concepts- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously- Good level of English to work in an international
