ICF Next is one of Europe's leading integrated communication agencies, specialising in large-scale campaigns across the European Union.

We are looking for a proactive, dynamic team player to fill the position of Communication Manager Executive.

Responsibilities

The Communication Manager Executive will work in close collaboration with various project managers and account directors to ensure our projects are administrated adequately and efficiently.

Non limitative, the main tasks involved for this function include amongst others:

Assisting the Project Managers in day-to-day tasks
Scheduling meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Drafting project reports
Preparing meeting agendas, recording actions from meetings, and drafting meeting reports
Attending client and team meetings
Keeping the project planning updated
Updating the list of deliverables and tracking progress
Conducting quality control
Following up with internal teams on specific deliverables
Implementing projects using the PRINCE2 and PM² methodologies
Creation and validation of various purchase orders and coordination of sub-agreements with vendors
Support and validation of our supplier invoices
Support in raising our client reports and invoices
Follow-up of the financial profitability of our projects with project managers and accounts

Requirements

1–2 years of work experience, preferably in the communications field
Good working knowledge of English; Portuguese is a plus
Knowledge of PRINCE2 and PM² methodologies
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
Pro-active user of the Maconomy environment
Familiarity with the functioning of EU institutions and hands-on experience preparing bids for them
Structured, well-organised team player
Understanding of the different phases of communication projects
Proactive, positive, and stress-resilient attitude
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Ability to keep up with tight deadlines, closely follow day-to-day tasks, and deliver on tim
Ability to work with various stakeholders within and outside the organisation (finance, procurement, contract, operations, sales and production
Quick learner, with a willingness to acquire new skills and undertake new tasks
