MacGregor Black is partnering with an exciting fashion brand to appoint a CRM Specialist. This is a permanent role based in London.

As CRM Specialist, you will take ownership of delivering best-in-class CRM strategies designed to drive engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value. You will manage the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns, leveraging customer segmentation to deliver personalised journeys across email, SMS, and loyalty programmes.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Digital, Creative, and Ecommerce teams to ensure CRM activity aligns with brand and commercial objectives. This role is ideal for a creative yet analytical CRM professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns to drive engagement, retention & revenue
Manage customer segmentation, lifecycle journeys, and personalisation strategy
Analyse CRM performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future activity
Oversee email and SMS campaign builds, testing, scheduling, and reporting
Enhance loyalty programme structure, communication, and customer experience
Partner with Ecommerce & Digital Trading to align CRM activity with commercial priorities
Work with Creative to ensure messaging aligns with brand identity and tone
Maintain CRM data integrity and compliance with GDPR
Stay informed on CRM technology trends, best practices, and competitor activity

What We’re Looking For:

Degree in Marketing, Business, or similar discipline
Experience in CRM, email marketing, or customer lifecycle roles within retail, fashion, or consumer brands
Hands-on experience with CRM, ESP or CDP platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Salesforce, Emarsys)
Strong analytical skills — ability to translate data into meaningful insight
Excellent communication & stakeholder skills
Customer-obsessed mindset with a commercial approach
Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
