The Client:

Our client is a highly successful, globally recognised boutique investment firm with a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture and a strong sense of collaboration. They are looking for an organised and experienced Assistant to join their team.

The Assistant Role:

This is a truly exciting Assistant opportunity, supporting up to Managing Director level based in the Private Equity division, plus a wider team. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Gatekeeping and managing ever changing diaries
Organising frequent and complex travel - the MD travels weekly
Managing and processing expenses
Ad hoc administration and other support related responsibilities

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will be an Assistant who thrives in a high-performance environment and enjoys being a lynchpin within the business. Key attributes include:

Experience in financial services, boutique firms, or investment/asset management (highly desirable)
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel
A collaborative, team-focused attitude with a “no task too big or too small” approach
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
A natural problem solver with sharp attention to detail

Additional Information:

Competitive salary depending on experience, plus a discretionary bonus
Core hours are 8:30-5:30pm/9am – 6pm - for this role flexibility will be needed to support out of these hours as and when needed
There is the opportunity to work from home 1 day a week but flexibility is required
