Job Title: Senior DevOps Engineer – AWS & GitOps Focus

Location: Toronto, ON M5J 2V5 (Hybrid, 3 days onsite 2 days remote)

Duration: 12+ Months

Our team is seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in AWS. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building GitOps-driven solutions and enjoys working on cutting-edge cloud-native solutions. Core Technical Skills

Required:

Expertise in AWS services: EC2, EKS, RDS, IAM, ASM, ACM, PrivateLink, and VPC Lattice
Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
Kubernetes orchestration and management
Scripting proficiency in Bash, Python, or Go

Preferred:

Experience with ArgoCD, including multi-cluster management
CI/CD pipeline development using GitLab
Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or DataDog

Nice to Have:

Exposure to Argo Workflows
Helm chart development and deployment
Experience with SaaS or PaaS product environments

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions
Self-directed learning and proactive research
High attention to detail, especially in complex integrations
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
