This rapidly growing biotech with a focus on developing innovative treatments to address autoimmune indications is actively seeking a Director of Program Management to support their expanding clinical pipeline. The company currently has two early-phase clinical assets as well as a robust preclinical pipeline.

This role will support the Chief Operating Officer team and will play a central role in coordinating activities across research, CMC, regulatory, and clinical operations, driving operational excellence and accountability to key milestones in a growing, science-driven organization.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional program management for clinical and preclinical programs, ensuring aligned milestones, execution plans, and proactive risk mitigation.
Build and maintain integrated development plans and Gantt charts across research, CMC, regulatory, and clinical functions.
Drive operational readiness for key program milestones and support alliance management with external collaborators and CROs.
Develop program dashboards, trackers, and status reports for leadership, and manage cross-functional meetings and action follow-ups.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical discipline; advanced degree (MS, MBA, or PhD) preferred.
8+ years in biotech/pharma, with 5+ years in program management for clinical-stage programs.
Strong operational knowledge of drug development, including clinical operations and CMC interfaces, with proven ability to manage timelines and dependencies.
Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills; experience with Gantt chart software (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project) and risk management preferred
