Akkodis is seeking a Technical Support Specialist – New York, NY, for a 5 -month Contract with a client in New York, NY.
Rate Range: $25.00 - $34.00 P/HR.; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Your goal: Ensure the CRM and related tools run smoothly, users’ issues are resolved quickly, and feedback is shared with cross-functional teams to improve the system.
You’ll provide on-call technical support via chat and email, handle ticketing systems, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to resolve CRM or transaction issues.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal CRM and ad-related systems.
Manage tickets and meet SLA/resolution time metrics.
Document all incidents, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fix bugs or enhance the platform.
Participate in new product launches and act as the voice of the customer for recurring issues.
Support continuous improvement by refining documentation and SOPs.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
2+ years in Technical Support / Operations / Contact Centre, preferably in Ad Tech or CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, etc.).
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Familiar with ticketing systems and SLA-based operations.
Comfortable working flexible shifts.
Mandarin is a plus but not required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Previous experience supporting CRM platforms like Salesforce or similar.
Ability to communicate effectively across global teams.
Strong ownership, follow-up, and documentation discipline.
Flexible to work in either shift without preference.
Tech-savvy with basic understanding of how CRM tools integrate with business functions.
