Job Summary:
The Associate Director, CRM & Insights provides strategic and operational leadership to drive CRM performance, reporting excellence, and cross-functional engagement. This role leads the CRM roadmap (Salesforce OCE), translates business needs into scalable CRM solutions, ensures data integrity, and collaborates with analytics teams to optimize field engagement. The position works closely with sales and marketing to enable CRM functionality and generate insights that improve engagement and tool effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Strategy & Roadmap
Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of CRM initiatives, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities and field effectiveness goals.
Business & Field Insights
Collaborate with analytics, marketing, and field teams to generate actionable insights that inform customer engagement strategies and targeting.
Data Governance
Oversee data integrity, standardization, and governance to maintain clean and accurate CRM data for reporting and targeting.
Salesforce (OCE) Enhancements
Translate business requirements into Salesforce OCE system configurations and enhancements.
Reporting & Dashboards
Partner with analytics teams to design and deliver reporting tools and dashboards that support business performance and field operations.
Vendor & Team Leadership
Manage third-party CRM support partners and provide coaching and leadership to team members.

Experience with Salesforce OCE or similar CRM platforms
Strong data analysis, reporting, and visualization capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
CRM administration or enhancement planning experience
Knowledge of data governance, analytics, and reporting platforms
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of experience in CRM strategy, commercial operations, or analytics
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare preferred
Strong experience translating business requirements into technical CRM solutions
Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills
Proven leadership abilities
