The Packaging Development department is looking for a new intern from February to the end of July 2026.
What will your future internship involve?
Join a dynamic team: the R&D team at Filorga Cosmetics Laboratories. You will assist the Packaging Development Project Managers as a lead on certain projects and provide support on others:
Participation in the development of new products: analysis of marketing briefs, briefing suppliers, monitoring packaging/colour proposals and validation with the marketing teams, and recommendations for decision-making
Organising and monitoring the qualification of primary and secondary packaging for new products and revisions (quality issues, technical improvements, decoration or eco-responsible approach)
Monitoring packaging design developments with the in-house studio and the various parties involved in the review process: regulatory, marketing, supply, etc.
Monitoring of reverse schedules and budgets with internal and external contacts to ensure the smooth running of the project, alerting in case of risks
Managing, in conjunction with the Master Data team, requests for the creation and modification of product codes, packaging items, nomenclatures and logistics data
Support the team in improving existing processes: drafting/updating procedures, testing to validate new working methods
Required skills for this position:
Engineering degree in mechanics, materials, industrial design or general engineering. Specialisation in packaging is a plus.
An affinity for products and/or packaging: a particular interest in working to deliver a great consumer experience
Initial experience as an assistant project manager for consumer products, or in the field of packaging (contractor, supplier); experience in the cosmetics sector would be an advantage.
Knowledge of packaging materials and their shaping. Knowledge of the graphic chain would be an advantage.
Good knowledge of IT tools (Google Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), initial experience with ERP is a plus (SAP, other)
Ability to synthesise information, organisational skills, dynamic, rigorous, autonomous, curious and responsive
Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with multiple contacts/departments
