Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale, global HR technology initiatives. This role supports HR business partners and cross-functional teams by managing projects across Workday, ADP, and other SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate excels in stakeholder management, drives end-to-end delivery, and contributes to advancing enterprise-wide digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full project lifecycle from scope definition through deployment.
Develop detailed project plans, drive milestones, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Apply project management best practices using tools such as JIRA and MS Office.
Partner closely with HR, Finance, and Risk business teams to deliver technology solutions.
Coordinate and manage cross-functional resources and geographically dispersed teams.
Oversee change management, communications, training, and documentation.
Provide consistent updates to stakeholders; escalate risks and issues proactively.
Monitor project baselines (scope, schedule, budget) and manage variances.
Identify risk areas and create mitigation strategies to maintain project health.

Requires strong stakeholder engagement, presentation, and team-leadership skills.
Core Technical Skills
Required
10+ years managing global IT projects from initiation to deployment.
Proven experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
Strong background delivering HR systems (Workday, ADP) and other SaaS tools.
Experience managing API integrations and technical deliverables.
Proficiency with MS Office, JIRA, and other Agile/Waterfall delivery tools.
Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
PMP and CSM certifications.
Solid understanding of SDLC and enterprise technology environments.
Preferred
Hands-on leadership of HR system implementations from a technical perspective.
Experience delivering HR technology in complex matrix organizations.
Nice to Have
Additional certifications in Agile frameworks or HRIS tools.
Experience supporting Finance or Risk systems in enterprise environments.

Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
Effective decision-making, judgment, and project planning skills.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to navigate ambiguity.
Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration.
Ability to manage vendor teams and multi-partner environments.
Proactive in identifying risks, resolving issues, and driving accountability.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required.
PMP and CSM certifications required.
