Context

We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Identity Engineer to strengthen our team in managing our existing Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) infrastructure. At a later stage, you will also participate in the migration to Microsoft Entra ID Governance . Given the complexity of the platform, we are looking for someone with demonstrable expertise and experience in identity management on the Microsoft platform .

Role

Microsoft Identity Expert / Engineer

Language skills

French or Dutch as a mother tongue.
Functional knowledge of the second national language.
Functional knowledge of English.

Experience and knowledge

Demonstrable senior expertise with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) at the operational and integration level.
Experience in .NET development
PowerShell scripting experience
Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio
Experience with Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Office

Strengths:

Experience with Microsoft Entra ID , App Service , API Management , Application Gateway , Azure Monitor , etc.
Experience in migrating on-premises identity management to Azure .

Tasks

Establish and update workflows and management processes in the MIM.
Analyze, develop and implement new lifecycle rules for (groups of) users to Active Directory and other infrastructures.
Develop and maintain the logic and rules programmed into the identity management system.
Ensure the implementation of IDM solutions in accordance with operational and technical requirements, in line with the IT strategy.
Document the implementations via MS Office and collaboration platforms, and communicate them to the relevant teams.
To guide colleagues and product teams in the development of the platform.
To serve as a bridge between the product team and cross-functional teams.
Integrate development, testing and operational aspects into your work.
Active sharing of knowledge and implementations through transfer sessions with colleagues.

Profile

Certified in Microsoft Identity technologies.
Strong communication skills and team spirit.

Structured approach to work and proactive attitude.
Flexible and motivated to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
