The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer who thrives in dynamic, high-impact environments. You will work closely with software and data teams to design, build, and maintain robust infrastructure supporting large-scale, distributed systems.

You’ll play a hands-on role in automating and optimizing deployments, ensuring reliability across complex Kubernetes environments, and supporting a culture of speed, quality, and innovation.

This role suits someone who enjoys solving challenging technical problems, working autonomously, and contributing to a mission with global impact.

What You’ll Do

Build, manage, and optimize Kubernetes clusters for highly available systems.
Administer AWS infrastructure using Terraform and modern IaC practices.
Create and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for containerized applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across infrastructure, networks, and deployments.
Implement monitoring, alerting, and site reliability improvements.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to streamline release processes.
Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
Continuously identify opportunities for automation and operational excellence.

What You’ll Bring

5+ years of DevOps experience supporting distributed systems.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, and Docker.
Proven track record of managing production-grade Kubernetes clusters.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
Experience with GitOps tools (Flux, ArgoCD) and CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions).
Familiarity with observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a startup environment.
Experience supporting 24/7 production systems is a plus.
Active or previous security clearance is highly desirable.
