Salesforce Alliance Manager
We are looking for an Alliance Manager to build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships that support our business objectives and drive mutual value. In this role, you will develop strong partner relationships, lead joint go‑to‑market initiatives, negotiate agreements, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams. Responsibilities
• Strategic Alliances: Identify, evaluate, and cultivate strategic alliances with partners that align with the company's business objectives and market strategy.
• Relationship Management: Develop and manage relationships with key partners, ensuring a mutual understanding of goals, expectations, and commitments.
• Negotiation and Agreements: Negotiate and execute partnership agreements, including terms of collaboration, joint value propositions, and revenue‑sharing models.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and legal, to integrate alliance initiatives into the broader business strategy.
• Joint Initiatives: Coordinate with partners to develop joint marketing campaigns, co‑branded solutions, and go‑to‑market strategies that drive mutual business growth.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of alliance partnerships, providing regular reports on progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Primary Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, facilitating communication, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of partner satisfaction.
• Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive developments, and potential partners that could enhance the company's offerings and market position.
• Event Participation: Organize and participate in partner events, workshops, and strategic planning sessions to strengthen relationships and align on future initiatives.
• Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership and insights on alliance best practices, contributing to the continuous improvement of the company's alliance management processes.
Requirements
• Proven experience as an Alliances Manager or in a similar role managing strategic partnerships and business collaborations.
• Strong track record of developing and executing successful partnership strategies in the digital or IT services industry.
• Experience negotiating partnership agreements and managing complex business relationships.
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and capitalize on partnership opportunities.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders and partners.
• Proficiency in analyzing partnership performance and market trends.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage a portfolio of strategic partnerships that drive business growth and innovation.
• Proven track record of fostering strong, productive relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Ability to align partnership strategies with the company's overall business objectives and market positioning.
