Ce qu’on recherche
Tu es un(e) ingénieur(e) en structure expérimenté(e), à l’aise dans la gestion de projets et la maîtrise des outils de conception. Tu te distingues par ta rigueur technique et ta capacité à collaborer efficacement au sein d’une équipe.
Tu participeras à toutes les étapes d’un mandat — de la conception à la coordination de chantier. Ce rôle n’est pas rigide : chez L2C, on te donne la liberté et le soutien pour faire évoluer ton rôle selon tes forces, ton initiative et ce que tu veux bâtir.

Ce que tu feras
Concevoir des structures de gros œuvre de bâtiments en bois, béton, acier, maçonnerie, acier léger.
Préparer les plans, devis, croquis pour les techniciens.
Participer aux réunions de coordination avec les autres disciplines.
Offrir un soutien technique en chantier.
Réaliser des relevés, inspections, recommandations techniques.
Prendre en charge des projets de moyenne envergure.
Ce que ça prend
3 à 7 ans d’expérience pertinente en structure du bâtiment
Membre de l’OIQ
Très bonne maîtrise des matériaux (bois, béton, acier) et des logiciels de modélisation (ETABS, SAFE, SAFI, etc.)
Autonomie, rigueur, collaboration… et un bon sens de l’humour!
Atouts :
Maîtrise en science appliquée spécialisation structure
Connaissance de Revit, AutoCAD
Carte ASP ou CNESST

What we’re looking for
You’re an experienced structural engineer, confident in project management and proficient with design tools. You stand out for your technical rigor and your ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
You’ll take part in every stage of a project — from design to site coordination. This role isn’t rigid: at L2C, we give you the freedom and support to shape your position based on your strengths, initiative, and what you want to build.

What you’ll do
Design building structures in wood, concrete, steel, masonry, and light steel.
Prepare plans, specifications, and sketches for technicians.
Participate in coordination meetings with other stakeholders.
Provide technical support on site.
Conduct surveys, inspections, and technical recommendations.
Lead mid-size projects.
What you need
3 to 7 years of relevant experience in building structures
Member of the OIQ
Strong knowledge of materials (wood, concrete, steel) and modeling software (ETABS, SAFE, SAFI, etc.)
Autonomy, rigor, collaboration… and a good sense of humor!
Assets:
Master’s degree in Applied Science – Structural specialization
Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD
ASP or CNESST card
