What You’ll Be Doing

You will play a key role in designing, developing and delivering high quality software solutions. In this role, you will:

• Take ownership of technical products and development projects

• Work closely with business users to understand and solve real problems

• Challenge existing systems and contribute ideas that drive innovation

• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies

• Deliver solutions that provide clear business value

• Collaborate with a talented, supportive team who care about quality

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for developers who are smart, motivated and keen to grow. Ideally, you will have:

• Strong programming experience in C#/.NET (or similar object oriented languages such as Java or Python)

• Experience with SQL databases

• Exposure to Azure or AWS

• A genuine passion for coding and problem solving

• The ability to take ownership and work proactively

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

• A 2:1 degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, ideally from a Russell Group university

• Financial Services experience is useful but not essential
