As We’re looking for a Brand Marketing lead to bring our brand to life across digital, paid media, social, e-commerce, and offline channels. You’ll work closely with Digital and CX teams to deliver impactful, integrated campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with business goals at every touchpoint.

This role is based at our Hammersmith office in London and requires on-site presence at least three days per week. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead brand execution across paid media (digital, social, OOH), ensuring creative excellence, brand consistency, and timely asset delivery
Collaborate on social strategy, overseeing asset creation and ensuring alignment with brand tone, visuals, and campaign goals
Ensure a seamless brand experience across the consumer journey by partnering with CX, CRM, and Brand Engagement teams
Act as the brand lead across Digital, CX, and agency partners, aligning plans with commercial and engagement strategies
Own the brand presence on web and e-commerce platforms, ensuring consistency, premium experience, and compliance with SEO, UX, and legal standards
Manage digital assets and campaign calendars, tracking deliverables, approvals, and version control
Oversee transcreation and localisation, ensuring culturally relevant, on-brand adaptations for local markets
Track and report on brand performance, using insights to optimise future campaigns and experiences

What You’ll Bring

A degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, or a related field
Solid experience in brand or digital marketing, with strong exposure to paid media, social, and multi-channel brand campaigns
Deep understanding of branding, media strategy, and consumer experience design
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
Comfortable using calendar and workflow tools to stay organised and on track
Detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease
