Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of our Workday Full-Suite ERP implementation, encompassing Human Capital Management (HCM), Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Adaptive Planning. This is a multi-year, enterprise-wide transformation initiative to implement a single, integrated, AI-enabled ERP platform.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on project management experience leading large-scale Workday implementations, strong vendor management skills, and a proven ability to drive large-scale projects across multiple workstreams while ensuring governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
Responsibilities:
Project Management & Delivery
Own end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery of the Workday full-suite implementation over a 24-month period.
Manage project, timeline, scope, dependencies, budget, and quality across multiple workstreams (HR, Payroll, Finance, SCM and Integrations).
Drive milestone tracking, resources management, and readiness for each deployment phase (Design, Build, Test, Deploy, Hypercare)
Support development and execution of project cutover plans and rollout strategies.
Risk & Governance
Track and manage Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions (RAID) across all workstreams.
Perform risk assessments, define mitigation strategies, and maintain RAID logs
Prepare governance materials (status reports, decision logs) for steering committee and executive approvals.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Serve as the primary PMO contact between Program Director, internal stakeholders, the System Implementation (SI) Partner, and Workday.
Partner closely with functional leads, IT, Finance, HR, and external vendors to ensure alignment and accountability.
Manage governance routines, including Steering Committee updates, status reporting, and change control processes.
Coordinate schedules, facilitate meetings, and ensure timely deliverable sign-offs.
Team Leadership and Communication
Coordinate and support functional project managers, analysts, and technical leads across multiple domains.
Drive collaboration and clear communication between technical and business teams.
Support change management and training activities to ensure stakeholder readiness and adoption.
Quality Management
Ensure adherence to project governance, methodology, and compliance standards (SOX, HIPAA, or ithers as applicable).
Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain deliver confidence.
Partner with the Program Director and SI PMO to track KPIs and ensure outcomes align with business objectives.
Facilitate UAT and manage Workday Delivery Assurance scheduling and execution.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or related field required (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
Certifications: PMP,PMI or comparable certification preferred.
3+ years of project management experience managing Workday implementations (full suite preferred).
Strong understanding of Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Financias, Suppy Chain Adaptive Planning) preferred.
Experience in Agile/Hybrid delivery models and structure governance frameworks including working with JIRA, Confluence and other technologies preferred.
Proven success working in matrixed environments with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors (Big Four SI experience a plus
Excellent leadership, verbal / written communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Prior experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries is a plus.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $500.00 - $53.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
