Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-wide Workday HCM solutions.
Translate strategic business goals into scalable HR technology solutions.
Oversee system configuration, data conversion, integrations, and reporting.
Partner with HR, IT, and executive leadership to ensure successful delivery.
Serve as trusted advisor on Workday roadmap, release management, and optimization opportunities.
Provide leadership to project managers, consultants, and functional leads throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Establish governance, best practices, and quality assurance across projects.
Mentor and develop team members, contributing to practice growth and capability building.
This job can be performed from anywhere in the US. Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Bachelor's or Master's in Business, HR, or Information Systems (or equivalent).
7+ years of Workday HCM experience including large, global deployments.
Deep functional expertise in Core HCM plus two or more modules (Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Learning, Payroll, or Time Tracking).
Strong understanding of business process frameworks, security, and integrations.
Demonstrated leadership in solution architecture or practice management.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
Workday HCM certification required; additional module certifications a plus. Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
