Job Specifications
We are seeking a Salesforce Automation Tester to join our QEA team. Ideal candidate must have strong Salesforce domain knowledge and QA automation experience.You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and performing test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of our Salesforce applications through comprehensive manual & automation testing.
In this role, you will
Lead end-to-end QA strategy, planning, and execution for Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium for the Salesforce platform.
Experience in creating, improving, or leading an end-to-end Automation project.
Conduct end-to-end testing of Salesforce processes and workflows, including Lightning components, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Flows.
Validate and ensure that all Salesforce configurations, customizations, triggers and integrations meet the specified requirements and quality standards.
Define comprehensive test coverage across Lightning components, Flows, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, APIs, and integrations
Conduct functional testing to validate Salesforce functionalities, including workflows, processes, and data validation rules.
Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured.
Investigate customer-reported problems and test bugs, manage bug reports, and capture appropriate logs in Salesforce for issue diagnosis.
Participate in Agile/Scrum activities, including daily stand-ups, spring planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
Collaborate closely with the Salesforce team on application support, communication, analysis, testing, and implementation activities.
Required skills: what you need to be considered
Overall 10-12 years of QA automation testing experience.
Must have 6+ years of strong experience in designing and building automated test frameworks using Java.
Must have 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Testing (manual and automation).
Good experience in testing Salesforce Lightning components, custom objects, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Flows.
Hands-on experience with API testing
Working knowledge of Test Management tools (QTest, Zephyr, TestRail).
Preferred skills: what will help you stand out
Salesforce certifications is a plus.
Prior QA experience within large-scale CRM ecosystems.
Functional Testing in Life Science domain.
