Trident Consulting is seeking an ”Windows Endpoint Engineer / Laptop Workstation Engineer" for one of our clients in "Richmond, CA". A global leader in business and technology services.

Role: Windows Endpoint Engineer / Laptop Workstation Engineer

Location: Richmond, CA(5 days onsite)

Type: W2 Contract

Pay rate: $28/hr on W2

Required Skills:

Strong experience with Windows OS imaging, customized image creation, and deployment
Hands-on expertise with Symantec Antivirus client deployment and monitoring
Proficiency in Ivanti Unified Endpoint Manager for vulnerability management and security patching
Experience with IRM controls and compliance processes for OS and applications
Strong knowledge of Active Directory user access and device management
Experience with ServiceNow for IRM tasks, device workflows, and compliance tracking
Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues across various device types
Experience with hardware provisioning, enrollment, and lifecycle management
